This block has been designated as Block A and will be one of two blocks in the master plan that will be coded.
Street B will serve as the second street in the master plan that will be coded.
The aim of this project is to evaluate and assess an existing masterplan created for the Oxpens Road area of Oxford. Once the evaluation of the masterplan has been completed and a study of the surrounding area has been conducted, key features present in the masterplan will be made into design codes which will be incorporated into a revised final design and regulating plan. The final design for the Oxpens Road site must be economically viable and deliver the vision described at the beginning of the project.
